Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! We have kept our returns policy as simple and straightforward as possible.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. A new item may be exchanged for another or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your product(s):

  • Were purchased in the last 14 days
  • Are in their original packaging
  • Aren't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

How To Return your products

Before returning, please email us at to inform us of your reasons for return. Then follow these 3 easy steps to return your order:

Where possible, keep products in their original packaging and ensure the item(s) are sealed securely for transport.

  1. Postage is refundable, we recommend using Post Office Signed For® 2nd Class service. Send a picture of postage receipt proof to clearly stating your name and order number. All Shades Covered will not accept liability for any items that do not reach us.

  1. Once we have received a copy of your postage receipt and returned items, we will notify you and refund the total amount you paid for the order including the returns postage cost.

Exchanging an Item

Following the same steps as above, once we have received and reviewed the items, we will send you a voucher code to purchase your replacement item.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
