My order hasn't been delivered, what do I do now?

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong and you do not receive your order at all, please contact our customer service team at hello@allshadescovered.com. We will take this on as a matter of urgency and do all we can to solve the problem.

Has my order been dispatched?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at hello@allshadescovered.com so we can resolve this.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.

Do you deliver at the weekend?

Express delivery which is sent by Royal Mail 24hr however this is not a guaranteed service and does not guarantee your item to be delivered on the Saturday. Unfortunately, deliveries do not take place on a Sunday.
